British racing driver Jamie Chadwick will continue her role as a development driver for the Williams Formula 1 team in 2021, the team has confirmed.

Chadwick, who became the first woman to win a British F3 race in 2019, joined the Williams team as a development driver in 2019 and has been working closely with the team to provide feedback on the car’s performance and help with the development of new technical solutions.

The 22-year-old driver has been regarded as one of the rising stars in motorsport, with an impressive record in various racing series including British GT, MRF Challenge, and the W Series. She was also appointed as a Williams Racing ambassador in 2020, further solidifying her relationship with the team.

Chadwick’s role as a development driver for Williams has provided her with invaluable experience and knowledge of Formula 1, which will be crucial in her development as a driver. She has also been working closely with the team’s race drivers, providing support and assistance during race weekends.
